World company, Calderys, interested in strategic partnership with Zrenjanin-based Samot

Today, Calderys has delivered the letter of intentions to the Agency for Privatization which comprises framework proposal for privatization of Samot Darosava and Samot Rudnik, through strategic partnership and set up of a new legal entity in Serbia.

Samot has already produced materials for Calderys which the company delivered within its projects. As they say, in March 2014, they already delivered their privatization proposal of parts of HK Samot- Samot Darosava and Samot Rudnik to the Agency for Privatization and the cabinet of the former Vice President, Alesandar Vucic.

As it has been previously stated in written and personal contacts with the Agency for Privatization and responsible ministries, Calderys would produce materials in Serbia, made of domestic raw materials and the main market objective would be, apart from local customers, markets of CEFTA, EU and customs free zones- the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan and Belarus.
