Serbia has representatives on The 100 Most Influential People in CEE Real Estate list

Zorana Burlic, General Manager, Belgrade Waterfront, and Angelina Nekic, CEO, Delta Real Estate, are the Serbian representatives on The 100 Most Influential People in CEE Real Estate list.

Property Forum has presented this list, which, according to the publication, was meticulously compiled based on factors such as market share, both local and global rankings, historical and current market activities, plans for growth, participation in the major deals of 2024, and presence in the media, at events, and in social media.

As the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) from Great Britain adds, Central and Eastern Europe continues to show remarkable resilience and adaptability in a constantly evolving global market, one that is not without its challenges. They add that this list highlights the talent and dedication of professionals.

First place belongs to Hubert Abt, CEO and Founder, New Work & workcloud24, which is already present in Germany, Poland, and Hungary, with plans to expand to the UK, Romania, and Bulgaria in 2025. Over the last 35 years Hubert has built a career in real estate, and with over 11,000 followers on Linkedin, he is one of the real estate sector’s most active voices, sharing insights and educating the community.
