Will Artificial Intelligence Transform the Real Estate Market in 2024? – Sixth International Conference Balkans Property Forum 2023

For the sixth time, Belgrade will host the International SEE Real Estate Market Conference Balkans Property Forum 2023, which will be held on November 30 at Hotel Hilton.

This time as well, the conference will gather numerous experts from all countries of Southeast Europe in order to talk about the changes and challenges in the SEE real estate market and the key trends that influence the future of the real estate industry, with a special focus on topics such as the influence of artificial intelligence and inflation on the real estate market.

The key topic of the conference will be the address of Ilija Lazarevic, the CEO of DataBrut, who will talk about how artificial intelligence can transform investments in the real estate market and how new technologies can change the way a property is valued. In the next panels, there will be talk about the economic and investment possibilities in 2024, strategies of investment and financing in Southeast Europe, which are under pressure due to the growing interest rates, as well as the possibilities and challenges that investors, but also valuers, face in the field of real estate in Belgrade. It will also be useful to hear how the Irish energy and real estate startup Solsign launched the innovative AI PLATFORM which can immediately evaluate the sustainability of any land parcel for the development of a solar farm.

The conference is organized by Property Forum, in close cooperation with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) from Great Britain.
