"Algotech" formed department for consulting in domain of optimization of customer services


Company "Algotech" has formed a department whose basic activity will be to provide consulting
services for optimization of the customer service. This service is currently
provided from Budapest, but the department for consulting will soon be formed
in all other countries of central and east Europe where "Algotech" is present.
The call center of the Hungarian company for production and distribution of gas
- "Egaz-Degaz", is the first system optimized by company "Algotech". Following the implementation
of the six-month project, the efficiency of the call center of this company was
improved by 20%.
Company "Algotech"
plans to implement five projects in field of consulting this year and, starting
from year 2009, much larger number of activities in this domain in the region
of central and east Europe, mainly in Serbia and Poland, is expected.
The aim of the projects of this type is to improve efficiency of the customer service. More efficient customer services liberates resources and, at the same time, enables cutting of prices and improvement of level of services.
Optimization
of customer services includes three main activities, that is, efficiency can be
increased in the domain of number of operations, planning and human resources.
In the future, company "Algotech" will also be optimizing customer services within the scope of greenfield investments.
