Serbia to get another retail park - Slovenian 'Toming Consulting' has started building a shopping mall in the open in Cacak

Slovenian company, 'Toming Consulting' has started construction of a retail park in Cacak, located on Avenue II, according to Ozonpress.
The Slovenians are building a retail park consisting of two corporate facilities.
As it stands on the board at the construction site, object A has around 3.800 sqm, and object B - around 4.600 sqm. The deadline is March 2015.
As earlier stated by Nenad Sikman, manager in 'Toming Consulting', the retail park will have around 240 parking places. Half of the facilities will be a supermarket, and the other half is reserved for the famous world brands shops.
PE 'Gradac' has approved the Slovenians city building land development without compensation fee.
The contractor of works in Krusevac based 'Tehnogradnja', and the retail park project was designed by Subotica based company 'North Engineering'.
