"Tus" still to build a shopping center in Kragujevac?

Slovenian chain store "Tus" which withdrew plans to build, in an already leased property in Kragujevac zone "Servis 2" a few years ago, now is interested in it again, says the director of the Company for Construction of Kragujevac City Slobodan Krunic.

Locations in industrial zone "Servis 2", at the very entrance to the city from the direction of Batocina, and Belgrade – Nis highway, were a subject of (unsuccessful) sale. However, it is possible that one of the lots will get its new-old owner.

"Tus" company formerly leased four hectares on 99-year period, but withdrew its plans later. Today, when there is a legal possibility to become an owner of the lot, "Tus" is interested to cooperate with the city again. In my opinion, we are going to make a new arrangement with Slovenians – says Slobodan Krunic.

Last week, 16 different locations were offered in Kragujevac. Only three of them got their owners and the budget of the city earned only EUR 360,000.
