Presentation of Belgrade on water to be held June 27

On Friday afternoon, in reconstructed building of Beogradske zadruge in Karadjordjeva street, no. 48, the Prime Minister, Aleksandar Vucic, and UAE investor, Mohamed Alabbar, will present a master plan of the Belgrade on water, Politika reports.

Politika reminds this will be the first revelation of the project details, three months after premiere of the Belgrade on water at the international real estate fair in Cannes, Tanjug reports.

On Friday, building of Beogradska zadruga, reconstructed culture monument built in 1907, will be officially opened.

A large model of Belgrade on water will be placed in it and citizens will be able to find out all the details with respect to this project.

As an announcement of the event, in front of the Railway station, a large advertising board was placed, where the image of Belgrade on water is shown with a motto Let’s celebrate Belgrade.

Arabian partner, Eagle Hills, will invest USD 3,1 billion in transformation of the right Sava cost and it will built some two million square meters of residential and business space.

The beginning of works was announced for the spring next year and the tower of 210 meters and shopping malls will be the first facilities to be built in the Sava amphitheatre.

Eagle Hills invested some EUR 2 mil in the reconstruction of the building of Beogradska zadruga, Politika reports.
