Company "Vujić" from Valjevo to have modern Congress centre built on Divčibare

Divčibare mountain is, finally, on the best way to stand shoulder to shoulder with Zlatibor and Kopaonik, the leading Serbian mountain and tourist centres. This claim can be confirmed by the study on the future modern congress centre, which has been represented in Valjevo.

The credit means have been set aside from the National Investment Plan for company "Vuić", which has ambitious plans to make this are an attractive tourist destination. The congress complex will occupy 10,000 square meters with central hall with 500 seats, 300 rooms and more than 600 beds. The centre will have satellite connections and links, which will practically represent the possibility of direct contact and communication with all spots on the planet.

Vidoje Vujić, the owner of company "Vujić" from Valjevo, was handed the first decision about the credit approved by NIP. The credit worth 30.5m RSD is exceptionally favorable loan with the repayment period of 7 years, with annual interest rate of 1% and "grace' period of 12 months.

- Preliminary estimate of the value of investments in the future congress centre on Divčibare ranges between 7 and 8m EUR – said Vujić and added that the works would start on March 1, 2007, and that the first guests were expected for the New Year Eve 2009.
