Over 20,000 square meters of retail space leased out by Danos in 2012

Despite the crisis and a decline in the number of transactions in the real estate market, 2012 was a successful year for Danos and Associates. Danos excelled in rendering consulting services in the field of shopping centers, retail parks and street outlets, leasing out the total of 20,000 square meters of such space, the company said in a release.

The companies that were focused on the expansion of their network in 2012 are mainly supermarket chains, drugstores, sports gear shops, clothing and footwear retailers. The crisis hit the household appliances sector the most, although some companies in that domain also managed to report growth.

- As a consultant, Danos worked on several projects across Serbia: BIG Shopping Center in Novi Sad, Aviv Park in Pancevo, Karaburma Shopping Center in Belgrade, VIVO Shopping Park in Jagodina, Kragujevac Plaza in Kragujevac, TQ Shopping City in Indjija, TC Mercator, as well as numerous outlets in Belgrade and other cities in Serbia - the release reads.
