Park got new look - Delta Real Estate invested EUR 2 million in renovation of famous Belgrade-based hotel

Park Hotel, situated in downtown Belgrade, has a brand new look and is again open to guests from the country and abroad since September. The company Delta Real Estate, which runs this famous hotel in the capital city, invested EUR 2 million in its renovation.

During the reconstruction of this 7,000 sqm facility at the corner of Njegoseva Street and Svetozara Markovica Street, all 124 rooms were renovated, and so were all suites, restaurants, reception desk, banquet room, fitness and spa center...

According to Zivorad Vasic, director for hotel and office space projects at Delta Real Estate, Park will show what kind of quality a three-star hotel by international standards can offer.

- Already at the very beginning of hotel operations we are extremely satisfied with the results, given that the occupancy rate currently amounts to 89 percent. Prices at Park are quite affordable. For only EUR 50, a guest can spend a night in a single room and have a breakfast, and this price also includes the use of Internet and the VAT. The occupancy rate in hotels in Belgrade and Serbia is 40% and 20%, respectively, so I believe that there is really no need for charging a higher price for an overnight stay in our country, since you can also find a room elsewhere in Europe for that money - Vasic said at a conference held to present Park Hotel.

Park Hotel offers 124 rooms and 3 suites on seven floors. The interior is dominated by warm tones and contemporary and adjusted style. There are also some details that refine the space, such as colorful bedspreads and landscape pictures. Showing respect for different lifestyles of its guests, the hotel also includes 40 rooms for smokers.

Although situated in the city center, the hotel is surrounded by greenery and isolated from noise, thus justifying its name, as it offers a real rest. People at Park expect various types of guests here.

- We want our hotel to be full, regardless of which guests are staying here. We have business guests Monday through Friday and sports teams and tourists from the region on Friday and Saturday. There are now two conference rooms in the hotel, so that Park has already hosted various business events, while many more are in the pipeline. We find it very important to be able to offer to organize all kinds of celebrations, such as birthday parties, prom nights, weddings, etc. – Vasic explains to eKapija.

Continental restaurant

The menu of Park Hotel's Continental restaurant includes the best national specialties and light international dishes.

The tradition of brunch serving is taken from Continental Hotel, and it completely reflects the quality of a five-star hotel. A proof of quality lies not only in the name of this restaurant, but also in the fact that the kitchen in Park Hotel is run by one of the best cooks in Serbia - Stambol Gestamov, who is primarily known as the executive chef of Continental Hotel since its opening until today.

- Every weekend, between 1 PM and 5 PM, we offer our guests a traditional brunch for only RSD 999 per person. For this price, adults can eat as much as they can, while children under 10 get a free meal. They can choose from more than 60 dishes - said Gestamov.

There is also Cafe Parkic in the hotel, which is a perfect place for guests to hang out and chat over a coffee, or even have a quick and delicious meal.

Organization of expert events

Park Hotel includes a contemporary banquet space spanning 220 square meters. There are two banquet rooms - Garden and Forest, which can accommodate up to 220 guests for various corporate and expert events, personal celebrations and jubilees.

If needed, it is also possible to either merge banquet rooms or merge them with Continental restaurant.
