Completion of Falkensteiner hotel and Danube Business Center until end of 2012

Companies BOP IMMO and Falkensteiner have announced that the construction of a business building and a hotel in Block 11a in New Belgrade will be finished until the end of 2012. In addition to a four-star luxury hotel, this complex will also comprise the A class business building Danube Business Center spanning 5,500 square meters, Jones Lang La Salle, the company appointed as the exclusive consultant, announced in a statement.

As it was announced, this 11-floor business building, which will include small 160-square-meter units for rent, will be very interesting to future tenants. The business building will offer a large number of parking places as well as the possibility of flexible positioning of offices.
