Villa with the view of the Sava, bridges and New Belgrade - Nasa Firma invests EUR 3 million in residential-business facility in Kosancicev Venac

In the location between the former Pasic's house and the building of the former Ministry of Telecommunications, construction of a EUR 3 million villa should commence next year. The investor - Nasa Firma, plans to open a residential facility, an office space for the company's needs and a gallery in that attractive location in Kosancicev Venac.

- The facility is designed as simple but functional. It took us a lot of time to finish the preliminary design because it was difficult to fit so many contents in such small space of only 5 ares. Aside from the residential and business parts of the complex, it should also comprise a small club, a bookstore, an exhibition space, as well as a swimming pool with a fitness club. It was also mentioned that there should be a gallery as well since the investor is fond of artworks, but the facility is not designed to be commercial but to satisfy both family and business needs – Branislav Redzic, an architect of ARCVS, the bureau responsible for the look of this facility, says in a statement for eKapija.

The building will span 2,000 square meters and its tenants and guests will enjoy the view of the river, bridges, New Belgrade...
