The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised the sale of the bankruptcy debtor Zastava Vozila Group from Kragujevac, as a legal entity, through the method of public bidding.
At an initial price of RSD 69 million, the offer includes office spaces in several location of this once successful factory from Kragujevac. The offer also includes factory buildings, offices, as well as equipment, stock and receivables.
Some of the biggest companies, such as Fabrika Automobila, or Fabrika Kamiona Zastava, belonged to Zastava Vozila Group, and it operated as an umbrella company for holding operations, that is, for the management of the member-companies. It has been in bankruptcy since 2017.
