Marketing is key to success of shopping malls - Austria's SMA and local DCG present strategic partnership
Austria's marketing agency Sma, the specialist for shopping centers, will from now on offer its services and expert opinions in the market of Serbia.
The local marketing agency DCG will be a partner of this company in the provision of marketing services for shopping centers.
- With 7 square meters of retail space in shopping centers per capita, the market of Serbia is at the very bottom of the list in the whole East Europe. When compared to other countries, Serbia has plenty of room to advance in this field - said Sma CEO Reinhard Winiwarter .
Serbia currently has only 35 shopping centers spanning over 5,000 square meters, while the construction of another 40 such facilities is in the pipeline.
