Lidl Selling Building Land in Subotica of 9,000 Square Meters

Lidl Srbija KD Nova Pazova is selling undeveloped building in Subotica, designated as cadaster parcel no. 14774/19 KO Novi Grad, with an area of 9,000 m2.

The land is located within the borders of the General Regulation Plan VII for the zones of Kertvaros and Novi Grad and parts of the zones of Mali Radanovac, Radanovac and Palic and the Detailed Regulation Plan for the service traffic route area in a part of the space of Block 18.2 in the community of Novi Grad in Subotica.

It belongs to Block 200 in the working zone, that is, the zone that is meant for production and business activities.
