President Kop Complex Being Built on Kopaonik – Opportunity to Invest in Apartments (PHOTO)

The President Kop complex is being built in phases on Kopaonik, in the weekend settlement along the main road and in close proximity to Kraljevi Cardaci. The investor Ban Invest Gradnja from Raska has obtained the third construction permit.

As the company say for eKapija, the facility will have ten levels, and around 120 apartments are available at the moment, along with the reception hall.

– The whole complex will contain around 300 apartments. Their structure is from 20 m2 to 60 m2 – they add.

A restaurant has already been built within the complex, as has been a spa center on more than 1,000 m2. There are also enough parking spaces.

– We offer to investors the possibility of agreeing about the renting of apartments as part of an annual arrangements or in the form of certain percentages – says Ban Invest Gradnja.

The completion of the works and the moving in are expected at the end of next year.

The preliminary design was prepared by Studio Arhitekton from Nis.
