Pirot to make database of greenfield and brownfield locations – Citizens invited to offer parcels to investors

The City Administration of Pirot has invited the citizens to register out-of-function parcels and facilities in order to made a database of greenfield and brownfield locations that the city might offer to potential local and foreign investors.

This pertains to all natural and legal persons that own facilities (brownfield locations) and free parcels (greenfield location) in the territory of the city or in its area, looking to offer them to local and foreign investors, whether by selling them or leasing them, the city says on its website.

The requirements for registering a brownfield location are for the area of the facility to be at least 400 m2 and for there to be the necessary infrastructure, access roads and power, water, sewerage connections, or the possibility of establishing these connections.

The requirements for registering a greenfield location are for the parcel to have more than 1,000 m2 and to have the necessary infrastructure, access roads and the possibility of connecting to the power, water and sewerage systems.

The public invitation remains open for 30 days from the date of the opening.

The application form can be obtained at the Office for Local Economic Development of Pirot.
