State seeking office space for State Audit Institution, at least 2,000 square meters in Belgrade
(Illustration) The Property Directorate and the State Audit Institution have invited owners of office space of at least 2,000 square meters in downtown Belgrade to send non-binding bids if they wish to sell their premises.
The office space should be structurally suitable for 300 employees and located near important state institutions and the National Assembly of Serbia. It should feature full infrastructure, that is, space for the storage of archival materials.
Bids must contain a description of the property, the sales and purchase price and the manner and the deadlines of the payment, and they will be analyzed by a mixed commission of the Property Directorate and the State Audit Institution. The property becomes public, and the final decision is made by the Government of Serbia.
