For new standards in architecture and civil engineering - "Blok" conference on June 3rd and 4th in Belgrade

The first conference in the Balkans dedicated to architecture and real estates, under the name of "Blok", will be held on June 3rd and 4th in Belgrade-based hotel "Zira". The aim of the conference, of which organizer is company "Projmetal", is to activate expert public and point to significance and necessity of quality construction.

- During the engagement at numerous building sites in Serbia, we noticed that the situation was very bad, and we decided to change that. We hope that "Blok" will help us push the limits in architecture a bit and introduce new standards of visual, esthetic and functional aspects of construction in local projects - said Snežana Marković, the Director General of "Projmetal".

"Blok" is intended for architects, civil engineers, planners, all types of contractors, vocational organizations, investors, as well as for appraisers and court experts for real estates, lawyers, representatives of authorized ministries, regional and local self-governments, insurance companies.

Some of the issues that will be raised at the conference are: new trends in planning and construction, influence of modern design on environment, typical problems that occur during the works on modern facilities in Serbia, energy-efficient facilities, etc.

Book "Zira concept building" will be represented on the first day of the conference, while the main project will be promoted on June 4th. All those interested should set aside 99 EUR for applications prior to May 31st, while the price after that date will amount to 149 EUR.
