Promenada Novi Sad to open on November 15
The biggest shopping center in Serbia, Promenada Novi Sad, will open on November 15. The official opening has been scheduled for 12 o’clock and will be accompanied by a rich program, involving various musicians and animators, whereas the Photo Corner, where the visitors will be able to take pictures as souvenirs from the opening of this shopping center, is scheduled for 4 pm.
The shopping center is located on the corner of Oslobodjenja Blvd and Cara Lazara Blvd, and the total area amounts to 150,000 m2, whereby the total area of all shopping centers in Serbia will increase by 25%. As much as 48,000 m2 will be available for rent. The size of the project is reflected in the fact that EUR 128 million was invested in the first phase.
To the end of connecting with the local community and being aware of the needs and habits of consumers, who no longer visit shopping malls with shopping as their primary goal, and with the determination to have Promenada provide a varied offer to its customers, three basketball courts are currently being built and the land around the shopping center is currently being developed, entailing landscaping, forming green areas and footpaths and installing public lighting.
The new shopping center will feature the brands of Inditex Group, consisting of Zara, Massimo Dutti, Zara Home, Oysho, Pull and Bear and Bershka, and the brands of LPP Group, namely, Mohito, Sinsay and Reserved. It’s interesting to note that Mohito is being made available in the domestic market for the first time.
Promenada will also feature LC Waikiki, as well as Fashion Company and Sportina with their brands. Numerous sporting brands will also be available, among which are Intersport, Sport Vision and N Sport, as well as stores offering products for children, such as Jungle Baby, Dexy Co Kids and Pertini. The shopping center will also feature a Univerexport supermarket and the most modern Cineplexx movie theater, as well as numerous local cafes and restaurants, such as Loft, Walter, Brunch, Modena and many others.
