Building land in Block 53 in New Belgrade up for sale – Initial price at around RSD 171 million
The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has put the building land of 21,058 m2 in Block 53 in New Belgrade up for sale.
The parcel is encompassed by the Detailed Regulation Plan for the area of the business zone Autoput in New Belgrade, Zemun and Surcin and is meant for the construction of economic-production or commercial business facilities.
As stated in the ad, the initial price of the land was determined to be RSD 213,862,942.20, and since no bids were sent to the public call on March 30, in case of the first repetition, the price is reduced by 20% and now amounts to RSD 171,090,353.76.
Bids may be sent by September 24, whereas the public bidding will take place a day later.
