Investors sought for five parcels in Sremski Karlovci – Municipality prepares program for direct attracting of investments

Members of the Town Assembly of Sremski Karlovci adopted the program of the alienation of publicly owned construction land for 2018 on Thursday, June 21, 2018, at the second session this month.

The object of the sale in the upcoming period in a procedure proscribed by law and other regulations, under the adopted program, will be five parcels in the zones designated as business zones by the General Regulation Plan of Sremski Karlovci, located in the extension of Preradoviceva Street and in Beogradska Street, along the state road.

– After 50 years, the local self-government has prepared a program for a direct attracting of investments – Nenad Milenkovic, the president of the municipality, commented on the program.

– I'm sure that the number of employees in the municipality will also grow in the upcoming period – he added.
