Auction for sale of building of "Yugoexporta" in Kolarčeva Street on December 16 - starting price of about 49m EUR

Privatization Agency of Serbia announced that part of Yugoexport’s business building in Kolarčeva Street in Belgrade would be offered for sale on the auction on December 16 at the starting price of 4.2 billion RSD (about 49m EUR).

According to the ad on the website of the Agency (www.priv.rs), office space at 5,505 square meters in the cellar, on the ground floor and on five out of six floors of the building, owned by Yugoexport in bankruptcy, will be offered for sale.

The surface of the space is 310 square meters larger than the registered size and major part of the offered office space is leased, but the lease contracts will soon be broken and tenants will be moved.

Deposit for participation in the auction amounts to 1.69 billion RSD (about 19.7m EUR), and the deadline for payment, that is, provision of first-class banking guarantee and purchase of the documentation, is December 9.

Residential building in Majke Jevrosime Street, at 508 square meters, will also be offered for sale as a part of property of "Yes Yugoexport" in bankruptcy.

Starting price on the auction will be 129.6m RSD (about 1.5m EUR), while the deposit for participation amounts to 65m RSD.
