Fun park on “Kraljeve Vode” on Zlatibor mountain - ski tracks, skating rink, adrenaline zone "Adventure"...

According to the idea of the investor, tourist workers of Zlatibor mountain and city planners of Municipality of Čajetina, rich tourist offer of Zlatibor will be supplemented with the new contents for entertainment and recreation at the end of year 2011 – winter-summer fun park "Obudojevica" on the location of “Kraljeve Vode”.

Future park will be built at 75,500 square meters and it will include ski tracks, bobsled tracks, sleigh tracks, outdoor skating rink and “Adventure” zone in the forest section of this complex. The investor will invest money in the equipment for making of artificial snow in order for the using of the complex not to depend on the nature and global warming.

According to the plan, the ski tracks will include a special zone for kids and, at least, one track for beginners, as well as a track for advanced skiers. All national and European standards will be respected during the construction of these tracks. Two ski lifts 3 meters wide (one of which will be about 45 and the other will be 95 meters long) will lead to the top of the ski tracks. The first ski lift will be transporting minimum 600 people per hour, while the other will have the capacity of 1,500 skiers per hour. Minimum speed of the ski lifts will be 0.5 m/sec.

The installation for making of artificial snow will enable covering of all tracks with snow, while the capacity of the snow cannons will be not less than 150 cubic meters per hour, which will maintain snow blanket at the level of minimum 25 cm during the whole season. The bobsled track will be built according to famous “Soasteg" technology. It will guarantee regular and safe functioning even in unfavorable weather conditions and, what is the most important, the track will be ready for use during the whole year!

For the sake of security of users-amateurs, the speed of bobsled for one or two persons will not exceed 40 km/hour, and its capacity will amount to 400 users per hour.

The inclination angle on the sleigh track will range between 15% and 35%. Projected dimensions of the outdoor skating rink will be 50x25 m. It is possible that additional contents (locker rooms, bathrooms…) will also be built.

"Adventure" zone for adrenaline junkies, which will be situated in the forest section of the complex, will include bridges, rope stairways, hidden surprises, etc.
