BK Group to start building in Serbia in 2018 – Price of apartments at EUR 490 per square meter

The president of BK Group, Bogoljub Karic, announced yesterday that the construction of apartments in Serbia, at the price of EUR 490 per square meter, would begin the next year.

He said that there had not been adequate conditions for construction in Serbia before and added that the situation was different at the moment and that the BK company was to become active in the field in the next year.

– The price of the apartments we build will be EUR 490 per square meter. We will bring the Serbian construction business back to where it once used to be. Today, Serbia could have EUR 10 billion from the construction industry by carrying out projects in the world – Karic emphasized.

Karic talked to Dragan Markovic Palma in Minsk and said that the BK company was building three million square meters in the city at the moment.

– The project in question pertains to the Minsk International Finance Center, where thousands of apartments will be built and where 47,000 people will reside. We finished another complex of a million square meters in five years. A total of 13,000 people will work there and it will have 40,000 residents – he pointed out.
