RC Reinvest to open NEST retail park in Kraljevo in late 2017 – Facilities in Ruma, Obrenovac and Vrsac planned as well

(The plan for the facility in Kraljevo) The opening of the first retail park in Kraljevo has been announced for December 1, 2017, the Kraljevo.biz portal reports and says that the majority of the outlets in the new shopping center have already been rented.

The website of the Czech company RC Reinvest, which is investing EUR 3.5 million in the construction of this shopping center next to the New Sports Hall in Ribnica, says that the outlets in this retail park have already been rented by Delhaize, Waikiki, Deichmann, Takko, Intersport, Nefa Namestaj and Top Shop, and that the space for a cafe has also been rented.

According to the website, three outlets of 414, 199 and 550 square meters are still available.

The facility is currently in the final stage of construction. Its total area amounts to 4,995 square meters and has 140 of its own parking spaces, while the visitors will also have the neighboring 300 parking spaces of the new sports hall at their disposal.

The Italian company Martini Gradnja is the main contractor.

RC Reinvest is a daughter company of RC EUROPA, headquartered in Brno, the Czech Republic. The company has offices in Romania, Bulgaria and Serbia. In addition to the facility in Kraljevo, it will open its retail parks in Vrsac, Obrenovac and Ruma as well.

The opening of NEST Obrenovac is planned for the first quarter of 2019, whereas NEST Vrsac should open in April of the same year. The opening of the retail park in Ruma is also planned for 2019.
