Based on the Decision of
the Commission for the competition protection as of August this year,
Confluence property management, as a sales trustee, published public offer for
the sale of part of the business at Agrokor concern at the Republic of Serbia.
The subject of sale are
businesses operate in in retail trade in non-specialized shops for food,
beverage and tobacco owned by Agrokor in Knjazevac, Loznica, Novi Sad, Vrbas,
Kula, Grocka, Mladenovac and Cacak.
The advantage will be given to bidders which deliver offer for all facilities and deadline for submission of offers is December 28.
