‘Lidl ‘ builds a new distributive centre with a management building and accompanying facilities

It is likely that the ‘Lidl’ company is going to build a distributive center and a management building, and Urbanism project of the comlplex is in the public review until 23 JulyUrban project, signed by "North Engineering", in Nova Pazova envisages building a new distributive center with a management building and accompanying facilities ( a doorkeeper room, a garage for managers’ cars, weighbridges, diesel aggregates, switchgear machinery, water gauging manhole, attachment manholes, internal substations, above-ground sprinkler and hydrant network tanks… ).
Four phases have been planned during the construction. In the first phase a doorkeeper room and a weighbridge, storage facility for shelf storage of mixed consumer goods, as well as ‘box in the box storage’ with different temperature regimes – refrigerator cars for food products storage will be built. Gross area of this facility will be about 46.400 m2. Along with the storage facility, the construction of the administrative building(gross area 1.900 m2) for accommodation of administration offices and workers has been planned. Besides, this phase foresees the construction of several accompanying facilities for infrastructure and technology of the facilities.
In the phase 2 covers the construction of the management building (gross area 15.000 m2) designed for administration with open plan offices, meeting rooms, canteen and etc. Along with the facility the construction of several accompanying facilities for infrastructure and technology of the facilities has been planned.
The storage enlargement has been planned in the third phase, and it involves additional reconstruction of high –racked storage facility in order to enlarge it.
In the fourth phase, the management building will be additionally reconstructed.Let us remind, the ‘Lidl’ company and Municipality of Stara Pazova signed the contract on purchasing construction land in September 2014. As it was announced at the Municipality’s website, ‘Lidl’ bought 20 hectares in the most attractive industrial zone of Nova Pazova, near Belgrade – Subotica highway.
