"Delta M" and "Hypo Group" are building the residential quart for "Universal games of 2009"

In the Austrian town Klagenfurt was signed yesterday (June, 12th, 2007) a contract for taking over the project of building Universal quart in Belgrade, for "Universal games of 2009", by the consortium of two equal members "Delta M Group" and "Hypo Group".

As said in the announcement of "Delta Holding", "Delta M" has entered a consortium a year before with an Austrian company "CEE Investment" for building the quart for "Universal games of 2009" in Belgrade, and Hypo Alpe Adria bank gave the guaranty for this project.

Considering the fact that the project was not developing in the way and dynamic that they wanted "Delta M" has withdrawn from the it several months ago.

According to the contract that was signed yesterday, "Delta M" and "Hypo Group" are equal investors in this project, and the management of the construction was given to "Delta Invest" already, as it is a company specialized for project management.

At the moment they are making contracts with all conductors of works and they are also dealing with some technical and similar problems that came up at the location in the Block No 67 in Belgrade; there so all the works will be conducted on time and by the dynamics needed in order to organize such big sports event like "Universal games of 2009".
