Ministry of Construction is preparing proposal of illegally built facilities legalization

The Ministry of Construction, Traffic and Infrastructure is preparing a proposal for legalization of illegally built facilities and which would thus legalize all facilities possible, the resource minster, Zorana Mihajlovic, said.

She did not want to revel the details of the suggestion, as she said, until the Government makes the final decision on it but she said one part of the facilities will certainly be legalized.

One part of the facilities where possible, which do not endanger people’s lives and which are not in completely forbidden areas will be legalized, Mihajlovic said.

- I am not sure the others will survive – Mihajlovic said to journalists at the Government of Serbia.

She reminded that in Serbia there is a million and a half illegal facilities.
