Japanese electronics giant, Panasonic, developed solution for optimal vegetables growing indoor. They are thinking about franchise with the first fresh vegetables delivery.
The first commercial fresh vegetables delivery grown at an experimental farm in Singapore arrived at the Japanese Ootoya restaurant chain. The farms was built in a closed area on 248 square meters does not depend on external, weather of climate terms. Apart from that, it can compensate lack of cultivation land as well as to meet increased food market demands.
Famous Japanese Panasonic company built this unusual farm in 2013.
With an existing capacity, they can produce 3,6 tons of vegetables annually.
It is an interesting fact that Panasonic is planning to develop franchise model for vegetable farms. The company is planning to build the first franchises in Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam.
