Heineken, InBev, Efes Pilsen and Carlsberg interested in Pivovarnu Lasko

A total of 31 companies are interested in capital increase in Pivovarna Lasko, as Maribor-based Vecer reports.

Among other things, Heineken, Carlsberg, InBev and Efes Pilsen expressed their interest. Allegedly, Molson Coors whose portfolio comprises Corona, Niksic, Jelen, Ozujsko and Satopramen, shows an interest as well.

In Lasko, they are planning to collect at least EUR 75 mil through capital increase but before that they hope to sell Radenska and thus decrease their debt.
