No dividend for shareholders of Salford dairies this year

Belgrade-based Imlek and its subsidiary Mlekara Subotica (MLSU), both majority owned by Salford, will not pay any cash dividend to their shareholders this year, it was decided at the general meetings of these companies.
In 2013, Mlekara Subotica turned a profit of RSD 177.8 million that will remained undistributed. The same goes for Imlek, whose unconsolidated end result in 2013 totaled RSD 2.3 billion.
The only company within this group that has decided to pay part of the profit to shareholders is Bambi: the shareholders of this confectioner will receive a total of RSD 343.6 million, that is, RSD 1,096 per share in cash dividend, which gives a gross yield of 2.9% at the current market price.
