Military Medical Academy VMA Belgrade will not be privatized - claims Miodrag Jevtić

Military-Medical Academy would not be privatized, it would remain within the military organization system, announced the chief of that institution Miodrag Jevtić. Jevtić is of the opinion that VMA "can satisfy European standards". Jevtić said that, of total number of patients of VMA, 50 % are "civilians" and added that that institution would be "functionally" connected to civilian health care institutions by reform of the Army of SCG. At this moment, VMA has 25 clinics, 17 institutes, 147 doctors. These are capacities and expert base that can provide appropriate services at any time.
