Serbia - Microsoft enables legalization of software by June 1, 2005 under specific conditions

Microsoft company made it possible for small and mid-sized enterprises to legalize their computer programs prior to June 1, 2005 with discount of 15 %.

After it signed the letter of intent with Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, Microsoft enabled members of the Chamber to legalize software by signing the subscription contract (Open subscription license).

The fine for use of illegal software is, according to Law on Copyrights, three times bigger than the usual fee for legal use of software.
