Construction of EUR 20 million shopping center in Zemun nearing its end - 20,000 sqm outdoor fun park for visitors

Construction of the 15,000 square meter retail park One Zemun in Novosadski put Street in Zemun will be finished soon. As eKapija was told, this complex will include 50 stores with tenants being Univerexport (2,500 sqm), Home centar (2,000 sqm), Space playground (50 sqm) and many others.

- We have already signed an agreement with sports brands Djak, N Sport and Treff, as well as with the Lilly company. When it comes to footwear and clothing brands, we do not want to reveal their names yet, but we promise our buyers that they will be different from what they are used to seeing at shopping centers in our country. So far, we have signed contracts with tenants for 65 percent of the space available - people at the Israeli company Industrial Buildings Corporation (IBC), the project investor, told eKapija.

As announced by IBC, One Zemun will be opened either in September 2014 or March 2015.

- The opening of this shopping center depends on its tenants. The companies that will open a supermarket and a furniture showroom in this retail park would like it to be opened in the autumn, while footwear and fashion stores prefer the spring 2015.

Investors also announced the opening of a large fun park on an area of 20,000 square meters.

Industrial Buildings Corporation (IBC) has invested EUR 20 million in this complex in Zemun.
