Decision on ITM bankruptcy on 7 February 2014

The Court of Commerce in Belgrade has scheduled a hearing for 7 February 2014 to decide whether to commence bankruptcy proceedings against the business organization ITM Group and to vote on the previously prepared reorganization plan.
All creditors have the right to vote, proportionally to how much they claim from ITM Group. Creditors can have insight into the draft of the previously prepared reorganization plan in the Court of Commerce in Belgrade, 2 Masarikova Street.
