Novi Sad-based company "Pan beer" offered €80,000 for 52% of stocks of Jagodinska pivara Brewer. "Pan beer" is willing to take over the brewer's debt of 540 million CSD towards the State and it promised that there will be no dismissals. The potential buyer's investment program is worth €1m.
