Basal starts construction of residential and business complex in New Belgrade - Atrium 63 to open in late 2014

Basal has started building the residential and business complex Atrium 63 in New Belgrade's Block 63. According to designs, the plan is to build two facilities connected by a joint underground garage. Construction of this complex will be carried out in phases. The first phase will see the construction of aforementioned garage and a residential and business facility, while another business facility will be built in the next phase.

The first phase of works that commenced in September will see the construction of a total of 11,500 square meters of space. The facility will comprise 18 outlets and 94 apartments of different size. This building looks like an atrium - it consists of four blocks situated around a courtyard with greenery and footpaths.

Contractor is the construction company Napred, designs are prepared by Urbanisticki centar-grad, and the deadline to complete the first phase is 31 December 2014.

Technical control of designs and supervision of works are entrusted to CRE International.
