Prva Petoletka sells three factories - Tender on September 16th, auction in mid-October

Tender for the sale of Petoletka's three subsidiaries will be opened September 16th on the basis of the interest expressed by Belarus' Amkodor, Prva Petoletka Director General Ljubisav Panic announced.

According to him, this company is interested in taking over factories PPT Servoupravljaci, PPT Cilindri, and PPT TMO. This prospective investor wants to resume production and expand the product portfolio through substantial investments. It is expected that Amkodor will be able to restart production in these three factories as early as at the end of the year.

Amkodor has been working with Prva Petoletka for few decades now. It is engaged in the production of heavy construction machinery and has the portfolio that is compatible with the product portfolio of the Trstenik-based factory.

Public auction is expected to be held in mid-October.
