Turks interested in purchase of Telekom Srbija

Turkish Dogus Holding and Sabanci Group showed interest in participating in privatization process of Telekom Srbija, it has been said today in Istanbul at the meeting of Prime Minister of the Serbian government and the Minister for Foreign and Internal Trade and Telecommunications, Rasim Ljajic, with representatives of these companies.
Ljajic, as his cabinet announced, met in Istanbul with the General Manager of Dogus Holding, Ferit Sahenk and the Executive Manager of Sabanci Group, Cataj Ezdogru, with whom he discussed options for expansion of their business in Serbian market,
Managers of these two companies which are ranked among the biggest in Turkey, in separate talks with Ljajic, showed interest to invest in the filed of energy, road infrastructure and telecommunications as well as in the construction of residential buildings, shopping malls and hotels.

It was agreed at the meetings that during next week, expert teams of these two Turkish companies will visit Serbia where they will be introduced with projects in the fields they are ready to invest in as well as available locations for the construction of shopping malls and hotels.
