CEFTA agreement still without signature

Over the past few days, the representatives of Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, BiH, Macedonia, Albania, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldavia and UNMIK did not manage to agree on all details, which precedes the signing of CEFTA agreement.
The final solutions are missing for disputes about agricultural products (Serbia, BiH and Croatia), about fiscal discrimination (Serbia and Croatia) and about the looks of the reference in preamble of the agreement for Kosovo and Metohia.
The answer could be found within next 20 days and the agreement on free trade space could be signed on November 9 in Brussels. The sharpest discussion was led about cigarette excise stamps.
Croatia was aggressive in its position that the excises should be cancelled. However, Serbian side, backed by the representatives of EU, asked for their keeping.
