Cisco interested in developing broadband Internet in Serbia


Multinational IT company Cisco is interested in entering into strategic partnership and preparing a study on the development of broadband Internet in Serbia, it was announced on the website of the Serbian government - www.srbija.gov.rs.
According to the release, these intentions were stated by CISCO SEE CEO Peter Haidu at a meeting with Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic in Belgrade.
Cisco is also interested in becoming a part of a technology park in Zvezdara.
Cisco (www.cisco.com) is the world's leading manufacturer of computer network devices. It has over 70,000 employees worldwide, a capital of USD 51 billion, and its 2012 revenue stood at USD 10 billion, Beta news agency has reported.
