Business center "Usce" in Belgrade gets a modern shopping mall

In New Belgrade, next to the business center "Usce", has begun a construction of the first regional shopping mall on 6 levels, with 130.000 m2 of office space and over 2.000 m2 of garage space.

Besides the supermarket, there will also be stores of the most famous world brands, a cineplex and a bowling alley. The investitor is a company "MPC properties". And the finish is expected in the mid of 2008, and also it could open up 2.000 of new job placements and a daily visit of around 50.000 people is expected.

Besides this shopping mall, by the end of 2009, there will also be built next to the existing one, another "twin" tower of 141 m. This will represent additional 25.000 m2 of office space. It will look identical on the outside as the odl one, but it will be much more modern and up-dated.
