Public invitation to tender for three subsidiaries of Prva Petoletka in July - Starting price set at about EUR 14 million

Prva Petoletka CEO Ljubisav Panic told Tanjug news agency on Monday that a public invitation to tender for the property of three subsidiaries of Prva Petoletka - PPT Servoupravljaci, PPT TMO and PPT Cilindri, should be issued on July 5th, adding that the starting price for all three factories could be set at EUR 14 million.

Interest in the privatization of these three factories has so far been expressed by Belarus' Amkodor, whose representatives have recently talked with Finance and Economy Minister Mladjan Dinkic, representatives of the local self-government and the management of Prva Petoletka.
