Dutch TMNS takes over Empiry software company from Novi Sad

European IT Services provider TMNS, with head office in The Hague and offices in Frankfurt and Zurich, is expanding in Serbia. The acquisition of Serbian IT services provider Empiry and the establishment of the joint venture TMNS Empiry mark the establishment of the Central European operation for TMNS.

Both companies have been working very closely together during the last two years and developed a unique collaboration model and will focus on leveraging this model.

Stevan Ognjenovic, Managing Director of Empiry says: “After establishing our first cases of customer success we have deliberately chosen to integrate with TMNS, since this enables us to contract more and bigger projects. This step also provides our employees with growth opportunities and since we have gotten to know each other very well we have experienced a seamless collaboration between two companies with very similar DNA."

With this acquisition TMNS has moved closer to the position of a top notch BPM and Integration Service provider.
