USAID Program for Bankruptcy and Enforcement Strengthening (BES) represented

USAID Program for Bankruptcy and Enforcement Strengthening (BES) worth 9.4m USD, which will be realized in cooperation with consulting company "Buz Alen Hamilton" that helped in the designing of the strategy for reform of the judicial system, has been represented in the Government of Serbia.
According to the words of the Minister of Justice of Serbia, Zoran Stojković, one-year application of the reform that included computerization of courts cut the lasting of the process from average 1,000 to 600 days.
Stojković pointed out that the similar effects were expected from BES program, because the efficiency of the bankruptcy and enforcement procedures was crucial for the transition countries that expected foreign investors.
