AJ Walter Aviation from Great Britain interested in cooperation with Jat Airways

Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic spoke on Friday (25 January 2013) with representatives of the British company AJ Walter Aviation about possibilities of its cooperation with Jat Airways, it was announced on the Serbian government's website.

Dacic said during the meeting that the Serbian government was trying to restore the fleet and equipment of Jat Airways so that our national airline company could meet the standards worthy of the 21st century.

He also and welcomed the interest of AJ Walter Aviation in assisting in the improvement of Jat’s equipment.

President of AJ Walter Aviation Christopher Whiteside, Director Roger Maynard and Marketing Director David Brown pointed out that AJ Walter Aviation was one of the five largest companies in the world offering that type of service in the airline industry, adding that the company wanted to take part in the solving of Jat's problems.

The meeting with the representatives of that British company was also attended by Serbian Transportation Minister Milutin Mrkonjic.
