Bulgaria's Avto Engineering and Romania's Nova Intermed use services of logistics company Delamode Balkans

Delamode Balkans, a successful logistics, freight- forwarding company and the official partner for DKV cards in Serbia, said in a release that it had successfully implemented important projects for new clients in Bulgaria and Romania.

In cooperation with the EU Delegation to Serbia, which has donated over USD 4 million worth of equipment to the Serbian veterinary institutes, Delamode Balkans organized the following services for its clients Avto Engineering from Bulgaria and Nova Intermed from Romania: providing certificates for all goods under the customs law on the import of goods, storing goods in warehouses, clearing goods through customs, creating conditions for testing the goods, delivering goods to all cities where users operate, providing workers for unloading goods at end-user locations, providing equipment and workers for installing and setting up equipment at veterinary institutes.

- Entering the Serbian market, we were not so sure whether we would be able to meet all the requirements. In cooperation with Delamode Balkans, we managed to overcome all the challenges, finish all the work and comply with all deadlines - said Avto Engineering Sales Manager Mr. Petar Petrov.

Ms. Roxana Lazar, project manager at Nova Intermed, said that after winning on the tender, they had contacted several freight-forwarders and logistics companies in Serbia, which had failed to meet their demands after months of negotiations.

- Through the Delamode office in Bucharest, we got in contact with Delamode Balkans in Belgrade, and they offered to meet all our requirements and came up with effective solutions. The first agreement with the EU Delegation is now implemented and Delamode Balkans met all agreed requirements, executed all tasks and met all deadlines.
