Quattro Houses to invest over EUR 18 million in factory for producing prefabricated elements in Pecinci


The company Quattro Houses plans to invest between 18 and 20 million euros in the construction of a factory for producing prefabricated elements in Asanja Industrial Zone in the vicinity of Pecinci.
Pecinci Mayor Sava Cojcic and Quattro Houses representatives yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding defining their further cooperation. On behalf of Quattro Houses, the MoU was signed by President Jovan Nikolic and Director Ivana Frajt. The signing ceremony was also attended by Chairman of the Pecinci Municipal Assembly Nikola Radosavljevic.
According to the words of Sava Cojcic, this MoU is another proof that the municipality of Pecinci is ready to offer full support to all interested investors.
- Creation of new jobs is of crucial importance for municipal development, especially because most of the total of 200 future workers will be from our territory – said Cojcic.
The president of Quattro Houses stated that that investment would lead to the employment of about 200 people, adding that up to 1,000 workers would be employed indirectly, through companies engaged in the construction process. Nikolic stressed that it was in the interest of Quattro Houses to have its goods manufactured in Serbia and offered to the world as such, because that would also create a great potential for the recovery of economy.
